Welcome to our community

At Las Olas Yoga, our mission is to create a sanctuary of well-being, where movement, mindfulness, and community intersect. Come early, have tea and chat in the lobby or lay out your mat and relax in the studio. Whether you have never stepped foot in a yoga studio or are a seasoned practitioner, we are ready to meet you where are and provide an experience that allows you to drop-in and journey towards inner peace and self-discovery. All of our classes are taught in a non-heated environment, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the practice without external distractions.

There is abundant parking around the studio. Free street parking is available on 13th and 2nd. The free parking spots are resident or 2-hour non-resident, so look for the signs on the north side of 2nd between 13th and 15th and on the west side of 13th between Broward and 2nd. The Venice Lot on 13th right across from the studio is also available for paid parking.

The studio is on the 2nd floor and the entrance is via the courtyard on 13th street just up the stairs.

Please remove your shoes when you enter the studio. Silence your cell phone and leave it with your belongings in one of our cubbies. If you arrive early to class, you are welcome to relax, grab some tea, and chat in our lobby, or set your mat up in the practice space and relax. Many students like to unwind or meditate in the minutes before class, so we ask that the practice room remains a quiet space. In the interest of everyone's safety, we lock the doors 5 minutes after the start of class, so please note that latecomers will be denied entry.

Memberships are the most affordable way to continue your practice with us. We offer unlimited memberships for those that practice at least twice a week. The unlimited memberships also come with unlimited first-time, local guest passes and 10% off retail and workshops. There is also a limited 4 times/month membership for those that practice once a week. You can freeze your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time. Our memberships are auto-debited but there's no minimum commitment, so you can cancel anytime.

We don't offer a free class because we believe one class isn't enough to truly experience the heart of our studio. Our intro special gives new students time to explore different classes, connect with our teachers, and feel the full vibe of our community.

No, all of our classes are taught in a non-heated room. We’re not a heated studio because we believe yoga should be accessible, safe, and supportive for all bodies. Practicing in a non-heated space allows you to build internal heat naturally, stay connected to your breath, and move with more awareness and ease.
