This class is for experienced yogis ready to move, sweat, and deepen their practice. Expect creative sequences, breath-to-movement transitions, and a satisfying challenge.
Mostly C's – Try Slow Flow
The sweet spot between Foundations and Flow. You'll still move through a sequence but at a more mindful, steady pace with longer holds and time to explore.
Mostly D's – Try Restore
This deeply relaxing class uses props to support you in long-held, restful poses. It's the nervous system reset you didn't know you needed.
